Recommended intake

As needed, up to twice daily, mix 1 level teaspoon (approx. 2.5 g) with water (at least 200 ml) and drink the mixture immediately before it thickens. It is essential to ensure adequate fluid intake (approx. 2 litres) throughout the day.
